A little about me

Pharmacy and product,
side by side.

I started building software products while training as a pharmacist. Working across both taught me to listen closely, check assumptions and follow a decision through to its consequences.

My work spans discovery, roadmaps and delivery. I turn research into clear requirements, make scope decisions and work with engineers, designers and QA through release.

In hospitals, I’ve traced delays across departments. In enterprise AI, I’ve defined how users verify answers and stay in control. In fintech, I’ve connected learning with practice and improved the subscription journey.

Across these settings, I measure success by adoption and outcomes after launch. I’m based in Canada and open to remote roles and relocation.
